Lawrence is a playful 7 year old going into kindergarten. He loves to play ball, eat bananas, and learn coloring and counting in school. He is also very helpful around the house, fetching water and sweeping the compound for his mother. She is scared that she will have to stop sending him to school because her work as a subsistence farmer barely pays for healthcare, housing and caring for her children.
